It needed a complete gut job in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry area, new flooring in three bedrooms and other assorted updates or new construction in every other room. I was delighted with the completed work, level of communication, friendliness and professionalism of Todd and his crew. He talked me through all the steps needed to do what I wanted and talked me out of a few that weren't feasible with patience and consideration. Through the 3 months of work I got to know his crew quite well and they were extremely competent and approachable. When something a sub contractor had done wrong caused a significant problem in the newly remodeled bathroom, Todd and his crew stepped in to find the problem and do what every it took to get it fixed - at no cost to me.
